OGÉR is a luxury fashion brand focusing on high-end Italian menswear. The brand has been running its business since 1989 until now with the core value of “based on high-quality products and personal service”, and is currently one of the pillars of men’s luxury fashion in the Netherlands.

As a famous Dutch heritage brand, replatforming and creating an end-to-end omnichannel eCommerce structure was key to fully integrating online and offline to create a seamless customer experience.

Challenge - Crafting digital elegance

Our mandate with OGÉR was not just about developing an eCommerce presence but creating a digital atmosphere that mirrors the in-store experience – intimate, bespoke, and unmistakably elegant.

We chose Shopify Plus to give OGÉR a robust, scalable, and customizable platform to cater to their discerning clientele.

The luxury shopping experience is more than high-end products; it’s about the total customer journey. Our design approach for OGÉR was focused on providing a rich, immersive experience that echoes their commitment to quality and exceptional service.

Flatline collaborated with the brand to bring the next phase of eCommerce by creating a sophisticated, bright-new user experience through omnichannel, building and seamlessly integrating the Shopify webshop, Shopify POS, MarTech, and several custom apps.


THE PROJECT

ERP & WMS Connectors

By integrating ERP and WMS connectors, we revolutionised OGÉR’s operational framework. These custom solutions help optimise inventory management, and order processing, and bridge the gap between offline and online sales channels. Ensuring OGÉR remains at the forefront of retail innovation.

Full-service support

Our collaboration with OGÉR involved embedding an on-site team dedicated to full-service support. By overseeing the funnel from design and development to eCommerce management, ads, and marketing. We crafted a cohesive strategy that amplifies OGÉR’s brand. This tailored support underscores our commitment to not just meet, but exceed OGÉR’s business objectives.

POS implementation

To further enhance OGÉR’s retail operations Flatline decided that the implementation of a state-of-the-art Point of Sale (POS) system was the next step. This initiative not only optimises in-store transactions but also harmonises the online-to-offline customer journey. This seamless integration empowers OGÉR to offer a personalised shopping experience, fostering customer loyalty and driving sales growth.
