Lions Fashion Group x Flatline Agency

Lions Fashion Group operates multiple fashion brands, including Malelions, Croyez, and Duquezzi. Each brand has its own identity, audience, and commercial pace. Scaling those brands individually would have meant duplicated systems, rising complexity, and increasing operational costs.

Instead, Flatline designed a single eCommerce foundation that allows every brand to grow independently on top of the same system.

Built with efficiency and performance in mind, this shared setup aligns technology, marketing, CRO, and data into one coherent architecture. The result is a platform that scales with the business, keeps total cost of ownership low, and delivers consistent conversion rates above 4%.

Built for scale, powered by systems

Lions Fashion Group’s scaling challenge

Lions Fashion Group operates multiple fashion brands, including Malelions, Croyez, and Duquezzi. As the portfolio expanded, maintaining separate eCommerce setups per brand would have increased operational overhead and long-term costs.

Flatline was asked to design a scalable eCommerce foundation that could support multiple brands from one system. The setup needed to stay simple, avoid overengineering, and integrate marketing, CRO, data, and technology without increasing complexity as the business grew.

Flatline’s approach - One shared eCommerce foundation

Flatline delivered one shared eCommerce foundation used across all brands. Core functionality is centralised, while each brand operates independently on top of the same system.

The result is a setup with low total cost of ownership and consistent performance across brands. Conversion rates remain structurally above 4%, while teams scale faster without adding operational overhead.

THE PROJECT

Scalable eCommerce foundation

We built one shared eCommerce foundation that supports all brands within Lions Fashion Group. Core functionality is centralised, allowing each brand to operate independently while benefiting from the same underlying system.

This setup keeps total cost of ownership low and ensures performance remains consistent as the portfolio scales.

Integrated marketing, CRO, and data

Marketing, CRO, data, and technology were fully integrated into a single system. This creates a clear feedback loop between acquisition, optimisation, and performance.

As a result, teams can iterate faster, make better decisions, and improve conversion rates without adding tools or operational complexity.

Performance-led optimisation

The shared foundation enables continuous optimisation across brands. Testing, iteration, and performance improvements are built into the system rather than handled as separate initiatives.

This approach supports structural conversion rates above 4% while allowing teams to scale without increasing operational overhead.
