You can choose how your community page looks and what questions to ask on your community application page to learn more about applicants before you let them join your community program.

Step one - create your account

To get started, head over to the Shopify Collabs website and create an account. Then, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the platform. Next, it's time to start building your community. To do this, you'll need to create a community page and application page.

Step two - creating your community page

People can ask to join your community on the community page. You can change the colours, images, and text on your community page, and you can also write about the benefits of joining your community.

After you sign up for Shopify Collabs, you can change the look of your community page by  going to the "Community" tab and clicking "Edit Page." From here, you can add text, images, and videos to your community page. You can also choose a background colour or image, and select the font type, size, and colour for your community page.

Step three - creating your application page

After you create your community page, it's time to create your application page. On your application page, you can ask questions that will help you learn more about potential community members. For example, you could ask applicants to tell you a little bit about their business, what they hope to gain from joining your community, and how they plan to promote your products.

Step four - Edit your application survey

After you create your application page, it's time to start adding questions. To do this, go to the "Applications" tab and click "Edit Survey." From here, you can add as many questions as you want to your application survey.

You can also choose whether applicants need to answer all of the questions or just some of them. And, you can choose whether to make the questions required or optional. Once you're done adding questions, click "Save Survey."

Step five - start reviewing applications

Now that your community page and application page are set up, it's time to start reviewing applications. To do this, go to the "Applications" tab and click  "Review Applications." Here, you will see a list of all the applications that have been submitted.

Step six - edit your payouts

After you've reviewed the applications and selected the community members you want to work with, it's time to set up your payouts. To do this, go to the "Payouts" tab and click "Edit Payouts." From here, you can choose how much you want to pay your community members for each sale, and you can also set a minimum payout amount.

Step seven - promote your community

Now that your community is set up, it's time to start promoting it. To do this, you can share your community page on social media, and you can also add a link to your community page on your website. You can also promote your community by emailing your list, and by running ads.

How to find Influencers for your Shopify Collabs

If you're looking to collaborate with influencers on your Shopify store, there are a few things you can do to find the right people to work with. First, consider what type of influencer would be a good fit for your brand. If you sell beauty products, for example, look for fashion and beauty bloggers who have a similar aesthetic to your own.
